2. "Reserved Capital" & Pledges

IMPORTANT: Any amount indicated as "Reserved Capital" or "Pledge" on a Ghost Profile is strictly non-binding and for informational purposes only.

• Making a pledge does NOT constitute a financial investment.
• No money is transferred when making a pledge.
• Pledging does not grant any equity, ownership, or profit-sharing rights in ATTN Markets or any Creator's future ventures.
• It serves solely as a "Signal of Interest" to demonstrate market demand.

3. Priority Pass Membership

The "Priority Pass" is a paid annual membership product. By purchasing the Priority Pass, you acknowledge that:

• The fee paid is for the membership service (including physical card, access to closed channels, and notifications), not an investment deposit.
• The physical "Gold Card" is a commemorative item and holds no monetary value.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once the physical card has been dispatched.

Participation in early-stage platforms involves high risks. ATTN Markets makes no guarantees regarding the future launch of any specific Creator profile or the potential for financial return.
